The perfect mom and daughter getaway Absolutely STUNNING hotel. The service was exceptional. We were contacted prior to our arrival with options of excursions and airport transfers. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and all our excursions were booked timeously. The location is perfect and within a short distance of most attractions. They really pay attention to the finer details to make sure guests get a 10 star experience and do so with a smile. My mom and I felt like queens!

Great hotel, really friendly staff and wonderful breakfast spread every morning. There s a lovely lady named Fatma who was there every morning and she made breakfast such a wonderful affair by being so attentive to my needs since I was eating alone. The front desk staff were also very helpful helping me to save some money by helping me to arrange a shared shuttle to the airport instead of a taxi. Only pity was that hot air balloons were cancelled both days I was here as weather conditions were too windy. Guess I have to make another trip back here again!

Excellent! We had an excellent stay at Carus. The hotel is very well located for the bars, restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with excellent facilities including the on-site restaurant and bar. The staff were all very friendly and helpfully and I’d highly recommend booking the hot air balloon trip with the hotel recommended company.
