Beautiful rooms, Awesome Food and Great service. Can’t ask for more! Our stay at Carus Hotel was an absolute delight from start to finish. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The check-in process was seamless, and I was soon escorted to my room, which was not only beautiful but also impeccably clean. The on-site restaurant Haruna,is a culinary masterpiece. From breakfast to dinner, the food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Every meal was a delightful journey for the taste buds, showcasing the chefs expertise and attention to detail. Exceeded expectations and we did not even bother checking out other restaurants with the already extensive options we have here to last our 3 days here.

Excellent! We had an excellent stay at Carus. The hotel is very well located for the bars, restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with excellent facilities including the on-site restaurant and bar. The staff were all very friendly and helpfully and I’d highly recommend booking the hot air balloon trip with the hotel recommended company.

Modern Cave Hotel How can one visit Cappadocia and not stay in a Cave Hotel? We are so glad we decided to experience and stay at Carus. From the time you check in you are welcomed by a professional English speaking staff and they take time to show you all the hotel amenities. Our room was spacious and it had the combination of a Cassie hotel experience including all the modern amenities in a 5 star hotel. The staff were hard workin, professional and made sure all guests are treated warmly. The hotel has a roof top restaurant and the combination of delicious food, friendly staff and the views were breathtaking. We had breakfast & dinner on the roof top restaurant and both the Hotel & Restaurant are 5 Star.
