The design of HARUNA Restaurant accessorised with authentic seasonal displays and open-air terrace firepits, perfectly complements the beautiful backdrop of fairy chimneys and spectacular view of Göreme landscape. The indoor dining room seats up to 64 guests, while the terrace features a 50-seat and a lounge. Our top-class chefs and restaurant manager is fully responsible for creating an authentic and international culinary journey.

Amazing hotel Absolutely great hotel ! Excellent food and service ! Swimming pool ,sauna , rooftop and a glass of sparkling wine:)) that is what you need after busy day in Cappadocia ! You can watch balloon flights from their rooftop and the hotel is in the center of Goreme !

Excellent! We had an excellent stay at Carus. The hotel is very well located for the bars, restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with excellent facilities including the on-site restaurant and bar. The staff were all very friendly and helpfully and I’d highly recommend booking the hot air balloon trip with the hotel recommended company.

The perfect mom and daughter getaway Absolutely STUNNING hotel. The service was exceptional. We were contacted prior to our arrival with options of excursions and airport transfers. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and all our excursions were booked timeously. The location is perfect and within a short distance of most attractions. They really pay attention to the finer details to make sure guests get a 10 star experience and do so with a smile. My mom and I felt like queens!
